What shipping method do you use & how long does it take?

At Aussie Rocks we use "Aussie Post" for domestic orders, we want to make sure you get your stuff, and you get it fast, so we E-parcel our goods, meaning…depending on your location, you get it either next day after despatch or a couple of days later. It includes tracking and signature required on delivery, so nothing falls between the cracks. For International orders we use DHL, Parcels are fully trackable and a signature is required on delivery, we’re talking about 5-12 business days on average to be delivered.

What are your shipping rates?

We like to keep things nice n simple, so we flattened out our shipping rates, no calculator required!
$8.95 for orders in Australia
$14.95 for international orders.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once an order is received by the good people of Aussie Rocks, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.

What are my payment options?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and paypal.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged immediately on purchase, if your card can not be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent.

Are my credit card details safe?

It is a punishable offence to keep any credit card numbers etc. When you make a purchase, you will notice a "lock" at the bottom of the page, this means that you are on a secure web page. At Aussie Rocks, your security is our number one priority.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Only for Australian orders.
